About

A technology leader with an entrepreneur's heart

I'm Nikki Auburger. I work where technology, people and organization meet — combining hands-on engineering and enterprise architecture with a background in social psychology. I co-founded and scaled a healthcare software company as CTO, and have since led and restructured larger engineering organizations.

Through Haen I bring that experience to organizations as an independent consultant and interim leader. What drives me is bringing people together around a shared goal and making it happen — as a real team.
